Clinton County Soil and Water Conservation District in partnership with Miner Institute, New York Soil Health and Cornell North Country Regional Ag Team proudly presents a Soil Health & Cover Crop Workshop on August 16, 10 AM-2 PM at the WH Miner Agricultural Research Institute, 1034 Miner Farm Road, Chazy, NY, 12921. Improving on-farm soil health is integral to ensuring productive, profitable, and sustainable agricultural operations while improving water, wildlife, and air quality. Managing for soil health is one of the most effective ways for framers to increase crop productivity and profitability while also improving the environment. Clinton County Soil and Water works to help our farmers to adopt practices that will regenerate soils and increase organic matter storage.
