Join us for the 2026 New and Beginner Farmers Seminar. Farmers can come and learn from a series of presenters and topics.

 

Are you a new or beginner farmer just getting started? Join us for a series of presenters from CCE and different organizations, learn what resources are available, and how to get started.

  • Agroforestry Practices and Resources Available in the Region
  • Raising Backyard Chickens for Beginners
  • How to get Started in Beekeeping
  • Sustainable Soil Health Management: Cover Crops and Reduced Tillage

  • SARE Grant Programs and Resources

 

Includes lunch, handouts, and books provided by SARE.
